Another Friday.........

The most wonderful thing about Friday is that for most people it means the last day of a long week at work.

Of course when one is retired every day is a Friday.

Retirement, when one lives in Elliot Lake, means that we trade our 35 or 40 hour week in for a 60 plus hour week.  There is always much, sometimes too much, to be done.

Volunteering can be a full time job.

The blessing, and there is a blessing in all things, is that most volunteer work is in a field of one's choosing and it is hopefully work that is enjoyed.

All my days are Fridays.    If you are retired and living in Elliot Lake then chances are that all your days are Fridays too.
