I could write for hours on the positive aspects of being a writer.
But nothing is perfect!
One of the down sides of sitting at a computer too long is that one does not get enough exercise.
Today I discovered Zumba! Love it!
I plan to make time for Zumba in my life along with my 30 minute Leslie Samsung work-outs.
To keep a good balance in life I want to be healthy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually...........Zumba contributes to all four aspects.
Thanks for today, Diane. Can't wait to Zumba again!
