Writing-wise - an exciting week .........

This has been a very exciting week for me writing-wise.  Lots of good things happening.

First of all, I am happy to tell you that my publisher, Wynterblue Publishing Canada, informed me today that my second novel titled Reawakening is now available as an E-book through http://amazon.com

This is my second book to be published on Amazon.com, the first being Sara, a Canadian Saga

For those of you who, like me, prefer the paperback novel in hand I want you to know that I do have some copies of each of these books on hand.  Just email me to place your order.

More good news is that my short story submission in the Wynterblue WynLit 24 writing competition last month titled No Stone Unturned took first place in the competition.

And even more exciting news is that nine of my short stories have been selected by Wynterblue Pubishing Canada to be included in an anthology titled Confab 5.    This anthology will be published on line soon at Amazon.com   I will post on this site when the book is available for your purchase.

My nine stories are titled Weaving Alice; Shattered & Beaten; The Second Self; Dying to be Popular; I Need you to Remember Me; Andrew's Achievement; Cabin Fever; Daniel's Destiny and Destiny.

These stories will be sharing the pages with several talents authors.  They will be in good company.

Special thanks to Maggie Kirton, Executive Director of Wynterblue Publishing Canada for her continuing encouragement and support to northern writers including yours truly.

Just a reminder that I do still have a few copies of my two novels, Sara, a Canadian Saga  and Reawakening plus my first anthology titled The Silent Star plus a Dozen  available in paperback format.  To purchase your copy please email me

I am continuing to work on my third novel.  Its working title has been "Ellen and The Hummingtree"Now that I am on my final re-write the new title is simply The Hummingtree.  Artist, Susan Krupp of Yuneek Pix will be doing the cover design and she has already completed the more than 16 amazing illustrations which will be found throughout the book.

Its Elliot Lake paperback launch will be taking place late fall or early winter, 2012, in plenty of time for Christmas gift giving.

The Hummingtree will also be made available  by Wynterblue Publishing Canada to readers as an E-book through http://Amazon.com

And to all of my blog readers, I'm blessed to have you as part of my books'  fan base.  Thank you for your continued support and encouragement.  :-)
